Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. As each piece is handwoven to order in small batches, some items may require additional processing time. You will be notified by email if there is a delay.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States.
- Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Mexico We ship to Mexico with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping We currently ship to the United States and Mexico. If you are located outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us at contact@anonymousdesignstudio.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages Anonymous Design Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue please contact us at contact@anonymousdesignstudio.com and we will do our best to assist you.
