Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return Contact us at contact@anonymousdesignstudio.com to initiate a return. Once accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

A note on handmade goods Each piece is handwoven by artisan families in Oaxaca. Slight variations in texture, color, and weave are natural characteristics of handmade textiles and are not considered defects — they are part of what makes each piece unique.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return your original order once accepted and place a new order for the item you'd like.

Non-returnable items Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@anonymousdesignstudio.com.

European Union If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
